After more than a decade of working in the restaurant industry, It was time to use my wine expertise for something more creative. This led me to leave my hometown, Amsterdam in February 2021, as I embarked on a journey to Valencia to start a business hosting my own Wine Tastings.

 

An owner of a guest house saw the potential and gave me the opportunity to host my first Tastings there. We started small and intimate with 10 attendees. To today, where my Wine Tastings accommodate around 30 eager guests each week and where we host multiple private events every month! 

 

One question I encounter often is the origin of my passion for Wine: Of course I am always happy to share the great inspirations that have shaped my journey. At the age of 15 I began working in fine dining restaurants, where I was fortunate to collaborate with various Sommeliers. They encouraged me to dive into the world of wine, inspiring me to pursue courses that allowed me to be more and more involved in the wine service.
