After more than a decade of working in the fine dining and restaurant industry, it was time to use my wine expertise for something more creative. This led me to leave my hometown, Amsterdam, in February 2021, as I embarked on a journey to Valencia to start a business hosting my own wine tastings in Valencia.

An owner of a guest house saw the potential and gave me the opportunity to host my first wine tasting event there. We started small and intimate with 10 attendees. Nowadays, I host several Spanish wine tastings every week and organize multiple private wine tastings on request each month.

Tristan is not only a fantastic host he is also extremely knowledgeable about the wines you taste. I really enjoyed that they were all domestic wines to provide an insight into the differing styles and grapes that Spain has to offer.
