Welcome to The Tasting Room, my tasting venue, located in the heart of Valencia’s city center.
After more than five years of hosting wine tastings throughout Valencia, a long-held dream has finally become reality. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of welcoming hundreds of wine lovers to a variety of authentic venues across the city. From charming patios to sunny rooftops, from local restaurants to fancy cocktail bars, each location brought its own unique atmosphere and helped shape the experience that has become synonymous with Sommelier Tristan.
Since the beginning of December 2025, I am proud to say that I have purchased my very own tasting venue: The Tasting Room. A space dedicated entirely to wine, hospitality, and the discovery of Spain’s incredible wine culture. After years of organizing tastings at different locations around Valencia, it feels incredibly rewarding to finally have a permanent place where I can welcome guests and share my passion for Spanish wines exactly as I always envisioned.
The name The Tasting Room reflects exactly what this space is all about. It is a place created for discovering, tasting, and enjoying Spanish wines in a relaxed and welcoming environment. A place where every bottle tells a story, where guests can explore the diversity of Spanish wine regions, and where tasting becomes a memorable experience rather than simply an event.
During the wine tastings, guests are introduced to a carefully selected range of Spanish wines from some of the country’s most renowned and exciting wine regions. The wines come together with a few refined petit fours and authentic Spanish tapas, allowing the flavors to complement one another and creating a complete gastronomic experience.
More than just a tasting venue, The Tasting Room is a place where wine enthusiasts, curious beginners, and experienced connoisseurs can come together to discover, learn, and enjoy the rich traditions of Spanish wine and cuisine.
Looking back on more than five years of hosting wine tastings at different venues throughout Valencia, I feel incredibly grateful for the journey that has brought me here. Every wine tasting, every guest, and every location has played a part in making this dream possible.
Owning my own tasting venue in Valencia allows me to offer an even more personal, consistent, and immersive experience to every guest who joins a tasting. From now on, The Tasting Room will be the permanent place of my wine tastings in Valencia, a place where to explore the wines that Spain has to offer together.
