After more than a decade working as a sommelier in high-end and Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, I returned to Amsterdam due to the Covid pandemic. Back home, I spent several months working in local restaurants and teaching as a WSET instructor, until everything shut down again.
Eager to improve the Spanish I had picked up during my time in Barcelona, I relocated to Valencia. Once there, my passion for wine led me to start organizing my own wine tastings. What began as small, intimate gatherings soon grew into weekly events welcoming dozens of guests, as well as exclusive private tastings for companies and groups.
My mission? Sharing the joy of great wine, interesting wine insights and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.

The tasting includes an aperitif, five carefully selected artisanal Spanish wines, and a selection of Spanish tapas and petit fours. During the tasting, I explain each wine, the regions they come from, and what makes them unique.
The wine tasting costs €45 per person and includes an aperitif, five Spanish wines, tapas and petit fours.
The tastings take place at The Tasting Room in the historic centre of Valencia, or at a location of your choosing, creating an intimate and relaxed setting for discovering Spanish wines.
The wine tasting lasts approximately two hours, giving you plenty of time to discover the wines, learn about the regions and enjoy the snacks.
